• One account per email address

4. Subscription Plans and Payment

• Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• You must keep payment information current

4.3 Free Trial

We may offer free trials. After the trial, you will be charged unless you cancel.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Upload malicious code or viruses
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access

• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by Price Monitor and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of content you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a license to use, store, and process it solely to provide the Service.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We process your data in accordance with GDPR and other applicable laws.

8. Service Availability

• We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service
• We may perform maintenance with or without notice
• We are not liable for service interruptions

9. Termination

9.1 By You

You may cancel your account at any time through account settings.

9.2 By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms or for any reason with 30 days notice.

9.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases. We may delete your data after 30 days.

10. Warranties and Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Price Monitor SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Price Monitor from any claims arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by German law. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Nürnberg, Germany.

15. Dispute Resolution

For EU customers: You have the right to dispute resolution through the European Commission's ODR platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Price Monitor.
